Preparing 学生 to be transformational and social justice leaders, the TTLP engages and challenges 学生 to apply instructional leadership, community-building and policy advocacy 技能 to their local schools and communities throughout their coursework.

School Management and Finance
This course deals with the basic management functions required for the successful organization and operation of schools and school districts. An overview of administrative responsibility as it relates to school personnel, 学生, 设施, and the general public is provided.
研究, Assessment, and Data-Driven Decision Making
This course focuses on statistical and research methods underlying psychological and educational research and analysis, and its application to understanding and utilizing the wealth of data available in schools regarding 学生, 学生成绩, and trends of achievement over time in order to improve student achievement as well as the overall performance of the school.
Instructional and Curricular Leadership
An examination of modern curricular programs and instructional methodologies, analyzing philosophical backgrounds, 目的, and implications for implementation in schools. Studies include a major look at instructional needs, 实践, new programs of instruction, how these programs operate at the elementary and secondary school levels, and how they are influenced by national and state entities.
